As a new concept casual vegetarian dining restaurant carrying Middle Eastern cuisine, Kellogg was relatively unknown by locals when it first set foot in Singapore. The challenge was to raise Kellogg's brand image and spread their message of healthy, vegetarian eating to the masses.
By engaging in social media to spread the news of discounts and promotions, along with other marketing efforts, such as enabling a pre-ordering and later pick-up service, Kellogg have seen a steady growth in popularity locally.
Their success is evident from the opening of their second outlet in Singapore and expansion to other locations, such as Macau.
AFV worked together with Kellogg's representatives
and developed a new brand direction, including a store concept. All marketing collaterals
were then aligned with this concept and an Internet marketing campaign was implemented.
This included engaging in social media platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter to connect with customers on a more personal level.
